Certified Nurses Aide Program

Evergreen Home Healthcare offers a multitude of home healthcare services. If you or a loved one needs hygiene assistance, ambulation assistance, or overall assistance with ADLs, one of our trained CNAs can come to your home and help out or suitable applicants can be put through a CNA course to earn their certification to provide the care to their own loved one. Evergreen Home Healthcare is a certified IHSS provider, and we are happy to help you in any way to connect with this service that promotes your autonomy and allows you to get the most out of your in-home healthcare. In-Home Support Services (IHSS) is a home healthcare option that allows Health First Colorado participants to direct their care with the support of the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing. This care can include but is not limited to:

Skilled Nursing (RN/LPN)

Skilled Nursing services are available through Evergreen Home Healthcare in many forms to best fit your needs:

  1. Acute Care Visits: For those who need home health care services for a short period of time
  2. Long Term Care Visits: For patients who require ongoing home care
  3. Private Duty Nursing: For patients who require the consistent presence of a nurse for a minimum of 3 consecutive hours and up to 24 hours per day
