In this blog series, we have been highlighting staff members who make a difference. We started by profiling our HR Coordinators, Kristy and Rachel. Then, we introduced you to our new Scheduling Coordinator in Fort Collins, Kim. In this blog, we are highlighting Andrea Rohman, our talented new Administrator in Westminster.

Andrea has been diligently training for this role for that last six months. She first joined our team in July 2017 as an Administrator in Training. Since then, she has worked closely and directly with each of our office staff members to learn the ins and outs of each and every role of our Evergreen Support Staff. On a daily basis, Andrea strives to learn something new and help out another family of the Evergreen community, whether they are new or long standing with the company. As of January 15th, we are proud to announce that she will be running the Westminster office moving forward. Read below to get a little background on Andrea’s life and how she came to us here at Evergreen.

Andrea has her Master’s degree in Health Administration and Management with a concentration in HR Management. Prior to coming to Evergreen, Andrea worked as a HR/Operations Manager for a payroll service company. She and her husband are both Colorado Natives and reside in Golden, CO. They enjoy all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer but their favorite is going to outdoor concerts and camping.

We are overjoyed to have Andrea’s attention to detail and compassionate approach at our Westminster office. Through the last six months, she has proven to be an invaluable resource to us, and we eagerly await seeing what else she does with her skills.
